It's a stressful time, and many of us are moving forward with fitness and self-care as best we can. But it’s hard to find motivation to work out, what with gyms closed, spring races cancelled, an uncertain future, and the logistics of life bearing down on us. 

Monday Mojo will provide encouragement, tips, and maybe a fun workout or two, with the goal of helping you stay on track and injecting a bit of joy into your fitness journey. Monday Mojo will be active for at least as long as the COVID-19 pandemic is at its most acute.
